Corrections Policy

DogMedsHub aims to correct meaningful factual errors transparently, especially when medication safety or treatment context is involved.

What counts as a correction

A correction may be needed when a dose unit is wrong, a formulation is misidentified, a contraindication or interaction is misstated, a regulatory status has changed, an important safety warning is missing, or a source no longer supports the wording used.

Minor edits

Spelling, grammar, formatting and navigation changes that do not change the medical meaning may be corrected without a formal correction note.

Material corrections

When a change materially alters clinical meaning, the article should be updated promptly and the review/update date should reflect that change. Where useful to readers, a correction note may explain what was changed.

How to report a problem

Readers can use the Contact page to report a factual concern, broken source, unclear safety statement or suspected error. Please include the page title and the specific passage you believe needs review.
